Suzanne YoungSpecial Counsel

Suzanne, an experienced solicitor, joined McLachlan Thorpe in July 2015.  Over the last 15 years she has worked exclusively in the areas of Estate Litigation, Estate Planning and Probate and Estate Administration.

Building relationships is an integral part of Suzanne’s work whether it be with clients, Counsel or other professional advisors, as well as ensuring the best possible outcomes for her client’s individual circumstances.

Suzanne has acted for both Plaintiffs and Executor Defendants in many Estate Litigation matters. Her work includes advising clients as well as acting for them in settlement negotiations, mediations and Supreme Court proceedings.

Her Estate Planning work includes advising clients and drafting the necessary documents to implement her client’s, often complex, testamentary wishes.

Suzanne is a Notary Public.
