Eric graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Juris Doctor degree in December 2019 and was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in May 2020. Eric joined McLachlan Thorpe Partners in June 2022, as a solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
Eric works closely alongside other members of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in a range of matters involving:
- Debt recovery;
- Building and construction disputes;
- Bankruptcy and insolvency;
- Employment dispute; and
- Complex commercial and corporate disputes, including enforcing contractual, statutory and equitable rights.
Eric speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
