Emma practices as a Litigation solicitor at McLachlan Thorpe Partners. Prior to joining McLachlan Thorpe Partners, Emma practiced as a Litigation solicitor with a mid-tier law firm. Her primary practice was in criminal prosecutions for the state government, insolvency, and debt recovery.

Emma has gained experience in Commercial Litigation and dispute resolution, advising both Plaintiffs and Defendants in respect of a wide range of matters, including recovery of debts, comprising both obtaining and enforcing judgment debts, setting aside default judgments and defending any subsequent claims for recovery of money, and personal injury claims.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Macquarie University.
